 The
two lodges will have spacious living accommodation
and an en suite double bedroom at ground floor
level and a further two or three en suite double
bedrooms on the first floor (depending on which
property is reserved). Luxury towels, bed linen,
bathrobes and complimentary toiletries will be
provided. The ground floors of both lodges are
fully accessible for guests with mobility problems.
Each has its own parking space for one vehicle.
Each lodge will
be furnished to the very highest standard in the
contemporary style which is a feature of the Stewart
family’s Nether Abbey Hotel and No. 12 Quality
Street. As well as an en suite double bedroom,
the spacious ground floor comprises an open plan
lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area.
There’s a flat screen television with freesat
access to up to 80 channels, a DVD player and
for computer games’ enthusiasts - an X box.
On the first floor,
there will be a further two or three en suite
double bedrooms (depending on which lodge is reserved)
with the contemporary furnishings being designed
and created especially for the two lodges. Each
en suite will be fitted out with exclusive “Grohe”
bathroom fittings. The bedrooms will have flat
screen television sets with up to 80 freeview
channels and tea and coffee making facilities.
